Welcome to RM Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) (DBA - GHL Mastery). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our programs, services, and offerings provided under the GHL Mastery brand. By enrolling in or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Overview

We provide the following programs and services:

1.1 GHL Mastery VIP

A self-paced training program with live, group consulting calls focused on the HighLevel platform and third-party automation systems. Multiple live training calls are offered weekly. Clients are responsible for attending and applying the training.

1.2 GHLM VA Program

A managed Virtual Assistant (VA) service available in 20-hour per week or 20-hour per month blocks. VAs provide support with HighLevel-related tasks such as funnels, websites, workflows, AI setup, onboarding, and A2P registration. Clients are responsible for providing timely instructions and feedback to ensure successful outcomes.

1.3 GHL Sales Mastery

A structured coaching program designed to teach prospecting, sales processes, and operational development through a 90-day bootcamp and continued support.

Guarantees: Includes a 90-Day 2× Guarantee and a 365-Day 10× Guarantee, which extend support until clients reach their targets.

Conditions: Guarantees apply only if clients attend scheduled calls, use available resources, and follow the written advice of coaches. Non-participation voids the guarantee.

2. No Refund Policy

All of our services are self-paced, digital, or consulting in nature. As such:

We do not offer refunds for any reason.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that results depend on your effort, consistency, and implementation.

Deposits, subscription fees, and service payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Renewals

Cancellations must be submitted through our official Cancellation Form.

Requests must be made at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid charges.

If a cancellation request is made less than 5 days before renewal, services will remain active for the next 30-day billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.

Cancellations submitted via email, chat, or message will not be honored.

Services continue until the end of the paid term; partial-month refunds or credits are not provided.

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you authorize RM Marketing to automatically charge the payment method provided for recurring subscription fees until canceled.

You agree to maintain valid payment information on file.

If a payment fails, access to services may be suspended until the account is brought current.

We reserve the right to change pricing. Any changes will apply at your next renewal date, with notice provided in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, coaching resources, workflows, templates, processes, and proprietary methods are the intellectual property of RM Marketing.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business purposes only.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Your success depends on your active participation. By enrolling, you agree to:

Take responsibility for attending calls, completing coursework, and applying strategies provided.

Communicate promptly with your assigned VA (if applicable).

Follow advice and instructions provided by coaches and trainers.

Ensure compliance with all applicable marketing, data protection, SMS/email, and privacy laws.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and void any program guarantees.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees of income, client acquisition, or specific business results.

Any success stories or testimonials represent individual results and should not be considered typical.

RM Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., HighLevel outages, internet failures).

8. Confidentiality & Data

We will not share or disclose client business information, except as required by law.

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and account access.

By using our services, you consent to our handling of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Before pursuing legal remedies, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us directly.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
